Is the session booked when I send the plan?
No. EDUVANCE replies to confirm the sessions, the price, the day and the place.
How many photos do I get?
Each session says how many edited photos come with each product, person, hour or space; the plan adds them up. Event coverage is about 40 photos per hour.
When do I get the photos?
Edited photos arrive in an online gallery within 5 working days, or 2 with express delivery.
How long can I download them?
The gallery stays online for 3 months, or 12 months with the gallery extra. Download the photos you want to keep.
What is the catalog web page?
A one-page web catalog with your product photos, the names and prices you give and a contact button, hosted for 12 months. It needs product photos in the same plan.
Where are the photos taken?
At your shop, office, home or venue in Ibagué, or outdoors in Ibagué at a place you choose. The travel fee is shown as a range.
How do I pay?
Payment is not handled in the app. EDUVANCE tells you how to pay when it confirms the plan.
Where is my plan saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
