It covers the EDUVANCE Photo Plan app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

What this notice covers

The notice covers the app on your phone: the sessions and prices, the plans you prepare, saved plans and the ways the app hands a plan to you to send.

When you write to or call us, what you send is handled as described in the section on how we use a plan.

The sessions and prices in the app

The sessions, extras, prices and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and do not reveal anything about you.

The plan you prepare

A plan lists the sessions and amounts you choose, the extras, where the photos will be used, the place and the day and time you prefer. The app keeps the plan you are working on, and the plans you save, on your phone.

Your name and contact details

To let us reply, a plan can include your name, a business name, a phone number and an email address. You type them yourself; only the way of replying you choose is needed.

Where the session takes place

If the session is at your place or outdoors, the plan includes the address or place you type. It stays on your phone until you send the plan.

No photos in the app

The app does not use the camera and does not read, store or send your photos. Photos taken at a session are delivered later through the online gallery.

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy

The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

What the app does not collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

No internet access

The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Sending a plan by email

When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the plan written in it and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and from then on the email is handled by your email provider.

Calling us

When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.

Sharing or copying a plan

Share opens the Android share sheet with the plan, and Copy puts it on the clipboard. Where it goes next is your choice.

How we use a plan you send

A plan you send reaches us through the channel you used. We use it to confirm the sessions, the price, the day and the place, and to prepare the session.

Ask us directly how long we keep messages and plans.

The online gallery and the catalog page

The online gallery and the catalog web page are separate services agreed after the session; they are not part of this app. Ask us how they are protected and how long they are kept.

Your choices and rights under Colombian law

You can edit, duplicate or delete saved plans at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.

Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask EDUVANCE S.A.S. to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to eduvansas@gmail.com.

Changes and contact

If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
